Running
Jogging is my main source of exercise. I typically run 3 to 5 miles about 3 times per week. I usually run on the bluffs above Ellwood Beach in Goleta. I love that the weather is pleasant for running all year here in Santa Barbara. (Back in Minnesota, January and February are tough when the weather gets into the teens or colder and July and August have a lot of days that are 85+ and humid.)
Even though I don't do it often, I enjoy running in races. Here are my results:
